There is a speakers’ preview room on level 2, in Platinum Suite 5+6. The opening hours for the speaker’s preview during the EAACI 2010 Congress in London are:

Saturday 5 June            09.00 – 18.00
Sunday 6 June               07.00 – 18.00
Monday 7 June              06.30 – 18.00
Tuesday 8 June             07.00 – 18.00
Wednesday 9 June        08.00 – 12.00

All presentations must be uploaded at the speakers' preview at least two hours before the session starts. It is highly appreciated if the presentations are being uploaded one day in advance. Don't forget to place your name of the introductory slide. USB sticks brought directly to the session room will not be accepted for upload.

*Presentations for the EMAN - Nurse programme can be brought on USB stick directly to the session rooms. If you arrive after the speakers' preview has closed and have a Meet the expert session the morning after, bring your presentation on USB directly to the session room, but it is preferred to have it uploaded through the speakers' preview.
