The EAACI 2010 Congress will be held 5-9 June 2010 at the ExCeL London.

The sponsorship price is EUR 45 000 (VAT excl.) and includes:
• Room hire
• For the Congress standard AV equipment
• For the Congress standard stage set
• One technician
• Other staff assigned to the hall in use

Any other additional equipment or services required is permitted under the condition that this is taken out of the session hall in time for the next session. Additional equipment or services will be at the cost of the sponsor.

The halls will be available for set up and speaker familiarisation 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Contents of the Satellite Symposia
To avoid double performance by invited speakers the programme proposal of the Satellite Symposia including topic, title and speakers, should be sent to Congrex as early as possible and latest on 31 March. The programme will be discussed and approved and communicated back to the Sponsor.


Acknowledgement in Printed Material
The sponsor will be acknowledged in the Final Programme and on the Congress Web Site.
The full symposium details will be included in the Final Programme. The place of the acknowledgements and the symposium programme will be at the discretion of the organisers and will be included only if the deadlines given by the organisers for required information are adhered to. Congrex need to receive your programme for approval latest on 31 March, 2010.

On Site Advertising
The sponsor will be given the following possibilities to advertise its symposium at the venue:
• by poster in a designated area. The organisers will supply boards, in a centrally located area at the venue
• outside the session hall during the break prior to the Symposium, by posters and/or leaflets
• on the sponsor’s exhibition stand, if any

Satellite promotion is only permitted outside the session hall prior to the Symposia and in the sponsor’s exhibition booth. Leaflets, posters etc. are at the cost of the sponsor. Announcements by loudspeakers are not permitted.

Bag Inserts
Sponsors will be given the opportunity to have an insert in form of leaflets in the delegate bag. The charge for this service is EUR 5,000 (VAT excl.) The leaflets are to be produced by the sponsors and sent to the congress venue by a given deadline. Please notify Congrex well in advance if you are interested in this service.

Use of the Congress Logo
Sponsors are required to use the EAACI 2010 Congress logo and the EAACI logo on printed material related to the Congress. The material has to be approved by the organisers.

Delegate Lists
The sponsor will be given one list free of charge with names and addresses of all pre-registered delegates prior to the Congress to enable that information about the symposium can be circulated. The lists will be sent electronically as an Excel document to the sponsor on request three months before the start of the Congress. Additional lists can be requested at a fixed cost of EUR 70 + EUR 0.50 (VAT excl.) per address. (This list excludes delegates who have chosen not to receive promotional mails.)

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received in writing more than 6 months prior to the Congress, a cancellation fee of 10% of the contract fee will apply.
- For cancellations received in writing 3-6 months prior to the Congress, a cancellation fee of 50% of the contract fee will apply.
- For cancellations received in writing less than 3 month prior to the Congress, a cancellation fee of 100% of the contract fee will apply.
